Our approach is The UNIQUE Approach. We know that the traditional approach to develop and excel in the sports industry do not work. Every athlete, team, sport business and organization is unique in structure and we make sure we tailor our services to the sport business or organization's needs based off of information we gather after the consultation. 

The UNIQUE Approach is UBC Sports Foundation's only approach. We are a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to inspire life-long development through a universal focus on academic development, athletic development, business development, personal development, leadership and a commitment to community outreach.
